Porous aluminum nitride powder as well as preparation method and application thereof

The porous aluminum nitride powder comprises the following raw materials: aluminum nitride raw material powder, a binder, a grinding aid and a solvent, wherein the mass ratio of the aluminum nitride raw material powder to the binder to the grinding aid to the solvent is (30-70): (0-5): (0-5): (30-70); the structure of the porous aluminum nitride powder is a porous spherical structure; by designing the raw material composition of the aluminum nitride powder, the aluminum nitride raw material powder in the solvent can be completely dispersed with the binder and the grinding aid by the dispersing agent, the aluminum nitride raw material powder can be bonded and formed by the binder, and the crystal form of the aluminum nitride raw material powder can be ground by the grinding aid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding aluminum nitride raw material powder into the porous aluminum nitride powder, so that the shape of the aluminum nitride raw material powder is approximately spherical, and improving the pore ratio of the porous aluminum nitride powder through later calcination and decarburization, thereby obtaining the porous spherical aluminum nitride powder.
