The invention relates to the field of building ceramic materials, and particularly discloses zirconium-free glaze, a ceramic tile and a preparation method of the zirconium-free glaze. 55%-70% of SiO2; 20% to 30% of Al2O3; 1%-4% of K2O; 2%-4% of NaO; 1%-2% of ZrO; 0-2% of MgO; the ignition loss is 2%-4%. Based on formula composition adjustment, glaze melt generates spontaneous crystallization under the condition of a trace amount of opacifier to form a micron-submicron microcrystal-droplet multiphase structure, meanwhile, a triclinic system structure is in a white radial and layered shape, a large number of quartz particles and variants thereof are surplus, a mixed opacifying phase is formed in glaze, and the glaze is prepared. The optical phenomenon of incident light is repeatedly carried out in the glaze, and finally the high-whiteness effect is achieved. Any opacifier such as zirconium silicate does not need to be added, so that the ceramic tile is low in cost, adjustable in whiteness and environmentally friendly, and the strength of the ceramic tile and the cutting crack of a rock plate can be improved; a larger debugging and optimizing space is provided for setting of a cover glaze formula, so that the cover glaze stability and the ceramic tile superior rate are improved.
本发明涉及建筑陶瓷材料领域,具体公开了一种免锆釉、瓷砖及其制备方法,其中,所述免锆釉的化学成份包括CaO 0~3%;SiO2 55%~70%;AL2O3 20%~30%;K2O 1%~4%;NaO 2%~4%;ZrO 1%~2%;MgO 0~2%;烧失2%~4%。本发明是基于调整配方组成,使釉熔体在微量乳浊剂的情况下,产生自发析晶,形成微米-亚微米级的微晶‑液滴复相结构,同时使三斜晶系结构呈白色放射状、层状,并富余大量石英颗粒及其变体,在釉中形成混合乳浊相,使得入射光线光学现象在釉中反复进行,最终达到高白效果。本发明不需外加硅酸锆等任何乳浊剂,除成本低廉、白度可调、绿色环保外,还有助于提升瓷砖强度和岩板切割裂;为面釉配方的设定提供了更大的调试优化空间,从而提高面釉稳定性及瓷砖优等率。
