Method for preparing alpha-type high-strength gypsum by continuous autoclaving method
The invention discloses a method for preparing alpha-type high-strength gypsum by a continuous autoclaving method, which comprises the following steps of: a) uniformly mixing original industrial byproduct gypsum serving as a raw material with a crystal modifier solution to prepare slurry with the concentration of 50-75%; b) continuously introducing the uniformly mixed reaction materials into continuous crystal transformation equipment through a feeding system; c) staying the material in the crystal transformation equipment for 30-90 minutes to obtain an alpha-type high-strength gypsum material; d) continuously discharging the generated alpha-type high-strength gypsum material through a discharging system; and e) drying the exported high-strength gypsum material through drying equipment, and carrying out particle modification to obtain alpha-type high-strength gypsum powder. The method is simple and convenient, pressure relief and steam discharge after reaction are not needed, heat loss is reduced, continuous production is achieved, heat energy is fully utilized, energy consumption is reduced, production efficiency is improved, and production cost is reduced; the prepared alpha-type high-strength gypsum product is high in strength and stable in product performance.
本发明公开了一种连续式蒸压法制备α型高强石膏的方法,包括以下步骤:a)采用原状工业副产石膏为原料,与转晶剂溶液混合均匀制备成浓度50%~75%的料浆;b)混合均匀的反应物料连续地经进料系统导入连续式转晶设备中;c)物料在转晶设备中停留30~90分钟,得到α型高强石膏物料;d)生成的α型高强石膏物料经出料系统连续导出;e)导出的高强石膏物料通过干燥设备烘干并颗粒改性得到α型高强石膏粉末。本方法简单便捷,无需反应后卸压排出蒸汽,减少了热量损失,连续式生产,充分利用热能,减少能耗,提高生产效率,降低生产成本;制备出的α型高强石膏制品强度高、产品性能稳定。
