Preparation method for preparing alpha-type high-strength gypsum by self-steam-curing method
The invention provides a preparation method of alpha-type high-strength gypsum by a self-steam-curing method, which comprises the following steps: 1) phosphogypsum pretreatment: kind 1, taking a proper amount of phosphogypsum, adding a proper proportion of tap water, cleaning, washing with water, and carrying out pretreatment until the pH value is 7; kind 2, taking a proper amount of phosphogypsum, adding a certain proportion of quick lime for aging treatment; kind 3, taking a proper amount of phosphogypsum, adding a certain proportion of magnesium hydrate for aging treatment; 2) preparation of phosphogypsum slurry: mixing water with different proportions and a proper amount of a crystal modifier to prepare phosphogypsum slurry with a proper water content; 3) steam curing treatment: putting the prepared phosphogypsum slurry into an aluminum box to be sealed and subjecting to steam curing for a certain period of time under the normal pressure condition and at the proper temperature; 4),drying and grinding of steam-cured materials : specifically, uncovering the closed aluminum box obtained after steam curing, drying and grinding to obtain the high-strength gypsum; large-scale steampressing equipment is not needed, cost is saved, and resource utilization of phosphogypsum is developed.
本发明提供了自蒸养法制备α型高强石膏的制备方法，包含以下步骤：1）磷石膏预处理：第一种取适量磷石膏，加入适当比例的自来水清洗水洗进行预处理，洗至pH值为中性；第二种加入一定比例生石灰进行陈化处理；第三种加入一定比例氢氧化镁进行陈化处理2）磷石膏浆体的制备：掺入不同比例的水和适当掺量的转晶剂，配制得到适宜含水率的磷石膏浆体；3）蒸养处理：将制备的石膏浆体放入铝盒密封。在常压条件和适宜的温度下蒸养一定时间；4）蒸养物料的烘干与粉磨：将蒸养后密闭的铝盒揭开，烘干后，粉磨得到高强石膏。本发明不需要大型蒸压设备，节约成本，开拓了磷石膏的资源化利用。
