The invention belongs to a construction method for staged upward pulling of a self-propelled steel casing in a complex stratum, which comprises the following steps of: integrally pulling out the traditional self-propelled steel casing at one time by using the power of a rotary drilling rig after integrally completing pile foundation concrete pouring; a method which may cause failure in a complex stratum is changed into a method which adopts staged pouring on pile foundation concrete in the complex stratum and staged partial pulling-out of the steel casing, and a rotary drilling rig synchronously completes pulling-out of the steel casing in the complex stratum by means of an auxiliary lifting chassis and a jack when necessary. The problem that the self-propelled steel casing cannot be pulled out due to insufficient power of a drilling machine in pile foundation construction in a complex stratum is solved. The method is simple in process, easy to operate, time-saving, labor-saving and high in construction efficiency.
本发明属于一种复杂地层自进式钢护筒分阶段上拔的施工方法,本发明将传统的自进式钢护筒在桩基混凝土灌注整体完成后利用旋挖钻机自身动力进行一次性整体拔出,在复杂地层中会造成失败的方法改为在复杂地层中对桩基混凝土采用分阶段灌注、分阶段部分拔出钢护筒的方法,且在必要时旋挖钻机借助辅助提升底盘和千斤顶同步完成复杂地层中钢护筒的拔出。解决了在复杂地层中桩基施工中因钻机动力不足而导致自进式钢护筒无法拔出的问题。本发明的方法工序简单,易于操作,省时省力,施工效率高。
