DEMOLITION SYSTEM AND DEMOLITION METHOD FOR HIGH-RISE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolition method for a high-rise building that enables an outside curing facility and an unloading facility to be lowered efficiently, to suit progress in demolition work that starts from an upper floor.SOLUTION: A demolition system for a high-rise building includes: an outer peripheral elevating device 110 disposed on an outer periphery of an existing building 1, supporting an outside curing facility 20 covering the existing building 1, and lowering the outside curing facility 20 to suit progress in demolition work; and an internal elevating device 120 disposed at a corner part of an opening of an unloading shaft 5 penetrating from a demolition work floor to a debris discharging floor of the existing building 1, supporting a lifting facility 30 operated for discharging demolition debris from the demolition work floor, and lowering the lifting facility 30 to suit progress in the demolition work. The outer peripheral elevating device 110 and the internal elevating device 120 are lowered independently each time demolition work is completed on a floor, by a stroke corresponding to a floor height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 高層建物の解体作業において、上層階から解体作業の進捗に応じ、外部養生設備、荷降ろし用設備の降下動作を効率よく行う。【解決手段】 既存建物1の外周に配設され、既存建物1を覆う外部養生設備20を支持し、解体作業の進行に応じて外部養生設備20を降下させる外周昇降装置110と、既存建物1の解体作業階から搬出階までを貫通するように設けられた荷降ろしシャフト5の開口の隅角部に配設され、解体作業階から解体廃材を搬出するために稼働する揚重設備30を支持し、解体作業の進行に応じて揚重設備30を降下させる内部昇降装置120とを備える。各階での解体作業の完了ごとに、外周昇降装置110と内部昇降装置120とを独立して1階分のストロークで降下させる。【選択図】 図1
