The casement sash further comprises a casement sash frame and a glass sash, and the casement sash frame is not provided with a cantilever; the outer fixing frame comprises a first main body and a first cantilever, but is not provided with a conversion frame; the transverse mullion is a symmetrical mullion; the longitudinal mullion is an asymmetric Z-shaped mullion and comprises a third main body, a third cantilever and a fourth cantilever, and the third cantilever is connected to the third main body, located on the indoor side and in lap joint with the casement sash frame through a water stop rubber strip; the fourth cantilever is connected to the third main body, located on the outdoor side and in lap joint with the second fixed sash through a water stop rubber strip.
