Method for preparing high-performance ceramic by recycling ceramic cast film waste
The invention relates to a method for preparing high-performance ceramic by recycling ceramic cast film waste, which comprises the following steps: (1) volatilizing a residual solvent in the ceramic cast film waste until the weight does not change any more to obtain a material to be treated; (2) carrying out liquid nitrogen brittle fracture treatment or hardening treatment on the to-be-treated material, and then crushing to obtain a granular raw material; (3) mixing the obtained granular raw material with a solvent to obtain mixed slurry; (4) carrying out tape casting on the obtained mixed slurry to obtain a ceramic cast film; and (5) performing at least one process of trimming, laminating and metallizing on the obtained ceramic cast film, and then performing debonding and sintering to obtain the high-performance ceramic.
本发明涉及一种陶瓷流延膜废料再利用制备高性能陶瓷的方法,包括:(1)将陶瓷流延膜废料中残余溶剂进行挥发处理直至重量不再变化,得到待处理材料;(2)将待处理材料先进行液氮脆断处理或硬化处理,再经破碎,得到颗粒原料;(3)将所得颗粒原料和溶剂经过混合,得到混合浆料;(4)将所得混合浆料经过流延成型,得到陶瓷流延膜;(5)将所得陶瓷流延膜经过切边、叠层、金属化中至少一种工艺后,再经脱粘和烧结,得到高性能陶瓷。
