The invention discloses a method for simultaneously sintering and cladding copper on double surfaces of multiple layers of a ceramic substrate, which relates to the technical field of ceramic substrate processing and comprises the following steps: preparing the ceramic substrate, preparing copper slurry, coating the copper slurry, feeding, sintering, cleaning and polishing. The method comprises the following steps of: placing a group of burning supports on the upper part of a sintering table, placing a burning plate on the upper parts of the burning supports, placing a ceramic substrate coated with copper slurry on the surface of a bearing plate, placing a group of burning supports and a burning plate on the upper part of the burning plate, and sequentially placing a plurality of layers of ceramic substrates, the production efficiency is greatly improved, meanwhile, the regular hexagonal through holes are formed in the surface of the setter plate, the contact area with oxygen is increased, the sintering effect is optimized, and the sintering and copper coating quality of the ceramic substrate is improved.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷基板多层同时双面烧结覆铜的方法,涉及陶瓷基板加工技术领域,包括准备陶瓷基板、准备铜浆料、涂覆铜浆料、上料、烧结、清洗和抛光。本发明通过将一组承烧支架放置在烧结台上部,再将承烧板放置在承烧支架上部,然后将完成涂覆铜浆料的陶瓷基板放置在承受板表面,随后在承烧板上部再次放置一组承烧支架和承烧板,依次放置多层陶瓷基板,然后进行统一的烧结覆铜,极大地提高了生产效率,同时通过将承烧板表面设置若干个正六边通孔,增加与氧气的接触面积优化了烧结效果,提升陶瓷基板烧结覆铜的质量。
