Pavement structure with self-repairing function, repairing method and construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of road traffic, and provides a pavement structure with a self-repairing function, a repairing method and a construction method.The pavement structure with the self-repairing function comprises a pavement layer and a structural layer; the structural layer comprises a sand storage cavity; the sand storage cavity can be used for storing gravels; sand leakage holes are distributed in the bottom surface of the structural layer; and two ends of the sand leakage hole are respectively communicated with the sand storage cavity and the base layer. By using the pavement structure with the self-repairing function, when a base layer is settled and collapsed, grit can automatically leak from the grit leaking holes under vibration caused by passing of vehicles on the upper part and fill a settlement area, so that the self-repairing function is realized, and the problems that an existing road structure needs to be regularly and integrally excavated and repaired to repair deformation caused by settlement of the base layer, and the construction cost is low are solved. Therefore, the operation and maintenance cost is high and the road traffic is hindered.
本发明涉及道路交通技术领域，提供了一种具有自修复功能的路面结构、修复方法及施工方法，其中具有自修复功能的路面结构包含铺装层和结构层；所述结构层包含储砂腔；所述储砂腔能够用于储存砂砾；所述结构层底面分布有漏砂孔；所述漏砂孔两端分别与所述储砂腔和基层连通。使用该具有自修复功能的路面结构，当基层出现沉降塌陷时，可在上部车辆通行引起的振动下使沙砾自动从漏砂孔中漏出并填充沉降区域，实现自修复功能，从而解决现有道路结构为了修复基层沉降造成的变形，需要定期整体开挖修复，从而导致运维成本高昂并会对道路交通造成阻碍的问题。
