The cantilever-supported waterproof/dustproof/low-noise comb-tooth-shaped telescopic device is characterized in that two baffles and two anti-falling steel plates are arranged below two comb tooth plates, and the two baffles are vertically arranged at the roots of the two comb tooth plates respectively; one anti-falling steel plate is welded below one comb plate, and the other anti-falling steel plate is arranged on a right-angle support formed by the supporting steel plate and the baffle and is in clearance fit with the anti-falling steel plates and the comb plates; the construction method specifically comprises the steps of cutting a reserved groove in a beam body, installing a water stop belt, connecting a water collecting funnel, installing a comb plate and a dustproof structure assembly and the like. Compared with the prior art, the rubber water-stop belt is simple in structure and high in installation speed, effectively solves the problems that a rubber water-stop belt is poor in aging resistance, low in tensile strength and short in service life, toxic gas is generated and the environment is polluted when the rubber water-stop belt is produced and vulcanized, is particularly suitable for being used in urban elevated bridges and high-grade highways, and has a good application prospect.
本发明公开了一种悬臂支撑的防水/防尘/低噪梳齿形伸缩装置及其施工方法,其特点是两梳齿板下设有两挡板和两防跌落钢板,所述两挡板分别竖直在两梳齿板的根部;所述一防跌落钢板焊接在一梳齿板下,另一防跌落钢板设置在支撑钢板与挡板构成的直角支架上,且与防跌落钢板和梳齿板为间隙配合;具体施工包括:在梁体上切割预留槽、安装止水带止水带及、连接集水漏斗、安装梳齿板和防尘结构组件等步骤。本发明与现有技术相比具有结构简单,安装速度快,有效解决了橡胶止水带的耐老化性差、抗拉强度低、使用寿命短和橡胶止水带生产硫化时产生有毒气体、污染环境等问题,尤其适应城市高架桥梁和高等级公路使用,具有良好的应用前景。
