The sewage discharging device comprises a device body, the device body comprises a storage box, the top end of the storage box is connected with a top cover through a hinge, a handle is arranged at the front end of the top cover, the top cover is of a trapezoidal structure, a sewage inlet is formed in the top end of the top cover, and transmission structures are arranged on the surfaces of the two sides of the storage box; a settling box is arranged at the bottom end of the storage box, a connecting port is formed in the surface of the settling box, a driving motor is mounted at the bottom end of the settling box, and a decomposition disc is arranged in the storage box. According to the sewage treatment device, the sewage separation effect of various different components can be completed through primary treatment of sewage, raw materials with higher value can be further recycled through primary treatment of the sewage treatment device, waste difficult to treat can be treated in a centralized mode, and discharged sewage can reach the national standard; the classification structure for primary treatment can be completed through a simple structure, and the classification structure is modularized and is more convenient to maintain.
