Ultralow-energy-consumption UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) composite sandwich thermal-insulation bearing wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an ultra-low-energy-consumption UHPC composite sandwich heat preservation bearing wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The bearing wallboard comprises a UHPC inner leaf wallboard, a sandwich heat preservation board, a UHPC outer leaf wallboard, a CFRP grid and a GFRP grating connecting piece. The UHPC inner wallboard comprises a bottom plate, a corner reinforcing area and an anchoring reinforcing area, and the UHPC outer wallboard comprises a top plate, a corner reinforcing area and an anchoring reinforcing area; the UHPC inner wallboard and the UHPC outer wallboard are both made of ultra-high performance concrete, and the CFRP grids are arranged in a bottom plate of the UHPC inner wallboard and a top plate of the UHPC outer wallboard respectively; the GFRP grating connecting pieces are arranged between the anchoring reinforcing areas; and the sandwich insulation board is arranged between the adjacent corner reinforcing area and anchoring reinforcing area or between two anchoring reinforcing areas. The bearing wallboard can serve as a bearing wallboard to be applied to a shear wall and a bearing partition wall, and can also serve as a decoration and heat preservation integrated component to be applied to an externally-hung wallboard. The corner reinforcing area can effectively solve the problem of shear slippage between the UHPC inner wallboard and the UHPC outer wallboard, and connection between the wallboards is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种超低能耗的UHPC复合夹心保温承载墙板及其制备方法,承载墙板包括UHPC内叶墙板、夹心保温板、UHPC外叶墙板、CFRP网格和GFRP格栅连接件;UHPC内叶墙板包括底板、角部增强区和锚固增强区,UHPC外叶墙板包括顶板、角部增强区和锚固增强区;UHPC内叶墙板和UHPC外叶墙板均由超高性能混凝土制得,CFRP网格分别布置于UHPC内叶墙板的底板和UHPC外叶墙板的顶板内;GFRP格栅连接件布置于锚固增强区之间;夹心保温板布置于相邻的角部增强区与锚固增强区之间或两锚固增强区之间。本发明的承载墙板既可作为承重墙板应用于剪力墙和承重隔墙中,也可作为装饰保温一体化构件应用于外挂墙板中。本发明的角部增强区可有效解决UHPC内、外叶墙板间的剪切滑移,并利于墙板间的连接。
