According to the occlusion type UHPC composite wallboard, the UHPC wallboard assembly and the assembly method provided by the invention, under the installation condition of large floor height of a main transformer room of a transformer substation, outer ribs do not need to be assembled, and the whole UHPC channel plate is used as a building outer wall; meanwhile, the positioning grooves of the second rib plates on the UHPC composite wallboards and the first rib plates of the adjacent UHPC composite wallboards are assembled in an engaged mode, pre-assembly of the UHPC composite wallboards can be completed without other fixing modes, then the UHPC composite wallboards are pre-assembled at the designated position without other tools according to the requirement for installation of equipment in a main transformer room of a transformer substation, and the installation efficiency of the UHPC composite wallboards is improved. Building requirements of a transformer substation main voltage chamber are met, and installation efficiency is improved; in addition, the continuous positioning grooves are formed in the second rib plates of the UHPC composite wallboard, when the wallboard is pre-assembled, the positioning grooves, the rib plates and the base plate make contact with the ground at the same time, the contact area of the UHPC composite wallboard and the ground is increased, and the stability of the pre-assembly stage is enhanced.
本发明提供的一种咬合式UHPC复合墙板、UHPC墙板组件及装配方法,在变电站主变压器室大层高的安装条件下,无需装配外筋,通过使用整块UHPC(超高性能混凝土)槽形板作为建筑外墙;同时UHPC复合墙板上第二肋板的定位槽与临近的UHPC复合墙板的第一肋板进行咬合装配,无需其他固定方式即可完成UHPC复合墙板的预装配,进而根据变电站主变压器室设备安装的需求,在指定位置对UHPC复合墙板进行预装配而无需其他工装,匹配变电站主电压室的建造需求,提升安装效率;除此之外,UHPC复合墙板的第二肋板上设有连续的定位槽,墙板预装配时,定位槽、肋板、基板同时与地面接触,增大UHPC复合墙板与地面的接触面积,增强预装配阶段的稳固性。
