According to the compression joint type UHPC composite wallboard, the UHPC wallboard assembly and the assembly method, under the large-storey-height installation condition of a transformer substation, external reinforcing bars are not needed, the whole UHPC groove-shaped board is used as a building outer wall, and it is avoided that conventional wallboards are used for splicing in height so that the use requirement of a large-storey-height building can be met; meanwhile, the rib plates of the UHPC composite wallboards are assembled and connected through bolts and are easy to disassemble, when the GIS room of the transformer substation has the requirement for equipment installation, one or more UHPC composite wallboards can be disassembled to serve as an installation channel to facilitate equipment transportation, the situation that equipment transportation is limited by a wall body structure during multi-period reconstruction of the GIS room is avoided, and the reconstruction efficiency is improved; in addition, the UHPC groove-shaped plate has good heat insulation performance and is matched with the heat insulation plate arranged in the groove, so that the heat insulation performance of the GIS chamber is enhanced, and the energy benefit of a transformer substation building is improved.
本发明提供的一种压接式UHPC复合墙板、UHPC墙板组件及装配方法,在变电站大层高的安装条件下,无需而外配筋,通过使用整块UHPC(超高性能混凝土)槽形板作为建筑外墙,避免使用常规墙板在高度上进行拼接以满足大层高建筑的使用需求;同时UHPC复合墙板的肋板之间通过螺栓装配连接,易于拆卸,在变电站GIS室有安装设备的需求时,可以将某块或某几块UHPC复合墙板拆卸,作为安装通道便于设备运输,避免由于GIS室多期改建时,墙体结构限制设备运输,提升改建效率;除此之外,UHPC槽形板本身具有良好的隔热性能,配合槽内设置的保温板,加强了GIS室的保温性能,提高变电站建筑的能源效益。
