Cement mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides cement mortar and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The cement mortar comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-20% of ordinary Portland cement, 10-15% of fly ash, 40-60% of quartz sand, 5-10% of a water reducing agent, 5-15% of a thickening agent, 4-8% of a retarder and the balance of water. The titanium gypsum is adopted as the retarder, on one hand, the resource utilization of the titanium gypsum is improved; and on the other hand, the titanium gypsum prepared through the preparation method of the titanium gypsum is good in retarding effect, by controlling the mass ratio of the retarder to the thickening agent, the stability and the water retention capacity of the cement mortar are obviously improved, and the mortar material separation degree is low; and the mortar has better size shrinkage resistance and cracking resistance.
本发明提供了一种水泥砂浆及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料技术领域。按重量份数计包括以下组分:普通硅酸盐水泥10‑20%,粉煤灰10‑15%,石英砂40‑60%,减水剂5‑10%,增稠剂5‑15%,缓凝剂4‑8%和水余量;采用钛石膏作为缓凝剂,一方面提高了钛石膏的资源利用,另一方面,本发明公开所使用的钛石膏的制备方法,采用本发明提供的制备方法制备的钛石膏缓凝效果好,通过控制缓凝剂与增稠剂的质量比,明显提高了水泥砂浆的稳定性和保水性能,砂浆材料分离度低;并且是砂浆具有较好抗尺寸收缩与抗开裂能力。
