The invention discloses a steel strand bundle prestress anchoring device for bridge construction, comprising: a steel strand bundle comprising steel strands; the anchor plate is located on the tensioning side of a given prestressed duct, and base holes in one-to-one correspondence with the steel strands are formed in the anchor plate; corresponding to the penetrating-out end of the steel strand, the base hole is provided with a conical hole section; the working clamping pieces are in one-to-one correspondence with the conical hole sections and are used for reversely restraining the steel strand after the steel strand passes through the working clamping pieces; the taper of the working clamping piece is the same as that of the conical hole section, and the height of the working clamping piece is smaller than that of the conical hole section; the large bottom diameter of the working clamping piece is smaller than that of the conical hole section, so that after the working clamping piece is embedded into the conical hole section, an adjusting space is reserved on the tensioning side of the anchor plate and on the conical hole section; the adjusting gaskets are located in the adjusting space and used for determining the number of the adjusting gaskets according to the tensioning force of different steel strands. According to the invention, the bearing force of each steel strand in the steel strand bundle can be relatively balanced.
