The invention discloses a foldable main beam system which comprises two longitudinal beams consistent in structure, each longitudinal beam comprises a main beam composed of at least two main beam sections, the main beam sections are connected through a hinge joint, and guide beams are arranged at the two ends of each main beam; connecting beams are arranged on the longitudinal beams, and the connecting beams on the two longitudinal beams are connected with each other, so that the main beam system is of a frame structure; the invention has the following beneficial effects: the main beam sections can be horizontally and rotatably connected through the hinge joints, so that the construction under the working condition of a small-radius curve can be better coped with; the two longitudinal beams are connected into a whole through the connecting beams to form a frame structure, so that the gravity center of the main beam system is located between the two longitudinal beams, and the hidden danger of transverse overturning in the small-radius curve state construction process is avoided.
