Underpinning transformation method for dismantling operation viaduct stand column
The invention relates to an underpinning transformation method for dismantling an operating elevated bridge stand column. The underpinning transformation method comprises the steps that (1) a lifting point is arranged on a main longitudinal beam; (2) marking the cutting surfaces of the segmentation blocks and the positions of the hoisting holes on the dismantling column; (3) drilling holes by using a water drill according to the marked positions of the hoisting holes; (4) penetrating a steel wire rope pair into the hoisting hole, and tensioning two ends by using chain hoists; (5) after a rope saw guide wheel and a rope saw cutting device are installed at the marked cutting face position, cutting separation is conducted; (6) the cutting block is slowly lowered to the ground through manual cooperation of a chain hoist; and 7) repeating the previous steps until the upright post is removed. The problems that large mechanical equipment cannot be used in a narrow space and the old stand column is difficult to dismantle can be safely and effectively solved through manual cooperation with tools such as the hand-drive block and the rope saw, meanwhile, manpower and material resources are saved, cost is saved, and the method is easy and convenient to operate, safe and efficient.
本发明涉及一种用于运营高架桥梁立柱拆除的托换改造方法,其步骤为:1)在主纵梁设置吊点;2)在拆除柱上标记出分割块切割面和吊装孔位置;3)按标记好的吊装孔位置采用水钻开孔;4)采用钢丝绳对穿入吊装孔、两头采用手动葫芦拉紧;5)安装标记好的切割面位置安装绳锯导向轮和绳锯切割设备后进行切割分离;6)通过手动葫芦人工配合将切割块缓慢下放至地面;7)重复前面步骤直至立柱拆除完成。本发明通过人工配合手动葫芦和绳锯等工具,可安全有效解决狭小空间内无法使用大型机械设备,拆除老立柱难度大的问题,同时节约人力物力、节约成本,本方法操作简便并且安全高效。
