本发明涉及自流平技术领域,提出了一种保温、隔声、耐火石膏自流平系统及其施工工艺,其中系统包括相互垂直设置的墙体和楼板,墙体的内侧靠近楼板处设置有保温隔声片,楼板的上端外表面设置有一层界面剂,界面剂的上端外表面设置有一层保温隔声砂浆,保温隔声砂浆的上端外表面设置有一层界面剂,保温隔声砂浆上端的界面剂上端设置有一层面层自流平。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有细石混凝土或水泥基材料施工后,由于水泥基材料的导热系数高,保温隔热效果差;其次,水泥基产品的收缩率较大,容易发生空鼓开裂等现象;再者,细石混凝土的隔声效果差,不利于住户的隐私性和打扰休息,容易造成邻里之间不必要矛盾的问题。
