Recycled aggregate lightweight concrete, preparation method and method for applying recycled aggregate lightweight concrete to non-bearing wall
The invention discloses recycled aggregate lightweight concrete and a preparation method thereof. The recycled aggregate lightweight concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of Portland cement, 10-30 parts of recycled fly ash, 50-100 parts of building recycled gravel, 40-65 parts of water, 0.3-0.5 part of a nano modifier, 0.1-0.2 part of a reinforcing agent, 0.1-0.2 part of a foaming agent, 0.1-0.2 part of a water reducing agent and 0.3-0.5 part of a toughening agent. The recycled aggregate lightweight concrete has the characteristics of no segregation, micro-expansion and self-leveling. According to the preparation method, a ground pump is adopted, and the recycled aggregate lightweight concrete is conveyed into a wall cavity of each floor through a pipeline for on-site pouring. The method has the advantages of short construction period, less labor, low cost, simple construction, civilized production and the like, and the poured wall body has excellent overall performances of high strength, small volume weight, heat preservation, sound insulation, heat insulation, water resistance and the like.
