The second connecting part is connected with the other one of the multiple offshore wind power single pile foundations, and the part, close to the first connecting part, of the middle net and the part, close to the second connecting part, of the middle net are arranged in an overlapped mode. The marine ranch based on the retired offshore wind power single pile foundation is low in construction cost and high in stability.
