Method for producing prefabricated building board and prefabricated building board
The invention provides a method for producing a prefabricated building board and the prefabricated building board. The present invention includes ultra-light aerated polystyrene concrete building panels formed for walls, roofs or beams. The polystyrene-aerated concrete is prepared by adopting a novel composition/formula, and broken polystyrene foam plastic and other mixed traditional styrene aerated concrete components are used. The metal wire mesh and the glass fibers are pre-embedded in the panel frame so as to keep the structure stable. And pouring polystyrene-aerated concrete into the glass fiber panel frame from the opening, placing and drying for several days, and then sealing with a glass fiber cover. The frame and the cover are made of double-layer glass fibers, and a shell with six closed faces is formed. According to the method and the design, the styrene-aerated concrete block is improved, and the method has the following advantages: (1) the weight is lighter; (2) durability; (3) the compressive strength of the bearing support is increased; and (4) the cost and the installation time are reduced.
