The connecting blocks slide downwards to enable the universal wheels to abut against the ground and support the steel structure factory building, the supporting plates slide to enable the supporting frames to slide upwards without hindrance to be separated from the ground, interference of friction between the supporting frames and the ground on movement of the steel structure factory building is reduced, and the steel structure factory building is not prone to toppling over and convenient to move.
