The invention belongs to the field of deepwater oil gas well cementation, and particularly relates to a hydrate decomposition inhibitor suitable for well cementation cement and preparation and application thereof. The hydrate decomposition inhibitor suitable for the well cementation cement, disclosed by the invention, is prepared by polymerizing four monomers, namely vinyl caprolactam, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate and acrylamide. The hydrate decomposition inhibitor for well cementation not only can be added into cement paste to delay hydrate decomposition, but also has little influence on the thickening property and mechanical property of the cement paste. The method has important guiding significance on the hydrate formation well cementation safety.
本发明属于深水油气固井领域,具体涉及一种适用固井水泥的水合物分解抑制剂及其制备和应用。本发明所述的适用固井水泥的水合物分解抑制剂是由乙烯基己内酰胺、2‑丙烯酰胺基‑2‑甲基丙磺酸、甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯与丙烯酰胺四种单体聚合而成。本发明的固井用水合物分解抑制剂,既能添加在水泥浆中延缓水合物分解,又对水泥浆的稠化性能与力学性能影响甚微。本发明对水合物地层固井安全性具有重要的指导意义。
