An adjustable positioning rod is arranged in the reinforcement cage lowering positioning frame body, the cross section of the adjustable positioning rod is of a circular structure, and the adjustable positioning rod is connected with the upper half portion of the reinforcement cage lowering positioning frame body through an adjusting screw rod. The lowering position of the reinforcement cage is mainly fixed through the adjustable positioning rod, the cross section of the adjustable positioning rod is of a circular structure, the outer surface of the adjustable positioning rod has the smooth characteristic, when the reinforcement cage is lowered, no hindering point exists, the reinforcement cage is lowered more smoothly, and the phenomenon of blocking is avoided.
