The invention relates to an assembling construction method for a starting span of a reticulated shell structure. The assembling construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a scaffold operation platform is erected; s2, an adjustable support is fixed to the scaffold operation platform; s3, each fixed support is jacked to the elevation position by rotating a screw rod; s4, lower chord balls are placed on the fixed supports in the first row of grids, and the lower chord balls are connected through lower chord members; s5, all the assembly units are installed on the first row of grids, lower chord balls are placed on the fixing supports in the second row of grids, and the transverse lower chord balls are connected through lower chord members; s6, upper chords are connected between the upper chord balls in the first row of grids, and longitudinal lower chord balls in the second row of grids are connected through lower chords; s7, lower chord balls, lower chords, assembly units and upper chords in the other rows of grids are installed according to the steps S5 and S6; s8, mounting assembly units in the last row of grids; and S9, upper chord members are connected between the upper chord balls in the last row of grids.
