Manufacturing method of prefabricated bank protection pile
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a prefabricated bank protection pile, which comprises the following steps: arranging a corresponding decorative surface mold in a pile mold based on the structural style of a decorative surface in the bank protection pile; light concrete is poured into the decorative surface mold; a reinforcement cage is pre-buried in the pile mold, and common concrete is poured into the pile mold, so that the common concrete is in contact with the lightweight concrete; and the lightweight concrete and the common concrete are subjected to vibration, trowelling and steam curing treatment, and the integrated prefabricated bank protection pile is formed. Therefore, in the manufacturing process of the bank protection pile, the lightweight concrete used for manufacturing the decorative surface is in contact with the common concrete used for manufacturing the pile, the finally-formed decorative surface and the pile are integrally formed due to the fact that gel materials of the lightweight concrete and the common concrete are consistent, and in addition, compared with other materials such as plastic or metal, the concrete material is not prone to deformation. The anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties are higher, so that the overall strength of the bank protection pile is higher, and the bank protection pile is not easy to fall off.
