The invention provides a precast pile production method and a precast solid pile, and the precast pile production method comprises the following steps: a front precast hollow pile body is manufactured, the front precast hollow pile body is centrifugally formed, and the volume of the front precast hollow pile body is 50%-75% of the volume of the formed solid pile; the formed front prefabricated hollow pile body is obliquely placed, and a concrete material is poured into the front prefabricated hollow pile body; and after the prefabricated hollow pile body is filled with a concrete material, the prefabricated pile body with the two ends plugged forms a prefabricated solid pile through a rotary vibration process or a self-compacting concrete filling process. The produced prefabricated solid pile has the advantages of being high in vertical compressive bearing capacity, good in corrosion, high in production efficiency, excellent in comprehensive economy, attractive in appearance and the like.
