Multi-solid-waste-based porous geopolymer material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a multi-solid-waste-based porous geopolymer material and a preparation method thereof. The porous geopolymer is prepared from solid powder, a foaming agent and an alkali activator, wherein the solid powder is composed of iron tailings and slag, and the alkali activator is only prepared by mixing carbide slag and water. The novel porous material is obtained by taking the iron tailings and the slag as main raw materials, mixing the main raw materials with the foaming agent and utilizing the solid waste as an alkali activator; the process is simple, CO2 emission is avoided, the porous material has high compressive strength, meanwhile, resource utilization of the iron tailings and the blast furnace iron smelting slag is achieved, and the problem of environmental pollution caused by stockpiling of the iron tailings and the slag can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种多固废基多孔地聚物材料及其制备方法,该多孔地聚物由固体粉料、发泡剂及碱激发剂构成;其中固体粉料是由铁尾矿与炉渣组成,碱激发剂仅由电石渣与水混合制成。本发明以铁尾矿和炉渣为主要原料,通过与发泡剂混合,并利用固废充当碱激发剂,得到一种新型多孔材料;其工艺简单、无CO2排放,在多孔材料中有较强的抗压强度,同时也实现了对铁尾矿和高炉冶铁炉渣的资源化利用,可有效解决铁尾矿与炉渣堆存带来的环境污染问题。
