Geopolymer fireproof mortar based on waste porous material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses geopolymer fireproof mortar based on a waste porous material and a preparation method of the geopolymer fireproof mortar. The fireproof mortar concrete is prepared from the following raw material components: 440-450 parts of a cementing material, 600-1200 parts of natural fine aggregate, 330-360 parts of an alkali activator and 300-900 parts of the waste porous material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the natural fine aggregate, the waste porous material and the cementing material to obtain a dry mixture; adding an alkali activator into the dry mixture, and stirring to obtain mortar slurry; and pouring the mortar slurry in the mold, performing layered tamping and vibration in the pouring process, wrapping the mold after the surface is solidified, and performing maintenance to obtain the geopolymer fireproof mortar. The geopolymer mortar is prepared by using the low-calcium fly ash as a cementing material, has good mechanical and working performance, can effectively reduce environmental pollution caused by cement production, reduces the cost, and has remarkable economic and social benefits; by utilizing the characteristic of high porosity of the waste porous material, the thermal insulation and fireproof performance of the mortar can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种基于废弃多孔材料的地聚物防火砂浆及其制备方法,该防火砂浆混凝土包括如下原料组分制成:胶凝材料440~450份,天然细骨料600~1200份,碱激发剂330~360份和废弃多孔材料300~900份。其制备方法为:天然细骨料、废弃多孔材料与胶凝材料混合搅拌,得到干混料;碱激发剂加入干混料中搅拌,得到砂浆浆料;在模具中浇筑砂浆浆料,浇筑过程中分层捣实、振动,待表面凝固后包裹模具,养护得到地聚物防火砂浆。本发明利用低钙粉煤灰为胶凝材料制备地聚物砂浆,具有良好的力学与工作性能,可有效减少水泥生产对环境造成的污染,降低成本,具有显著的经济、社会效益;利用废弃多孔材料的高孔隙率的特性,可以有效提高砂浆的保温与防火性能。
