Viscosity reduction type polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing an ester-type polyether monomer, an ether-type monomer and water, stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved, adding acrylic acid into the mixture, uniformly stirring and mixing, adding an oxidizing agent, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the viscosity-reducing polycarboxylic acid water reducer. Then dropwise adding a first mixed solution obtained by mixing acrylic acid, an ester type polyether monomer and water, a second mixed solution obtained by mixing a chain transfer agent and water, a third mixed solution obtained by mixing a reducing agent and water, and a fourth mixed solution obtained by mixing caustic soda liquid and water, and continuously reacting for 0.5-1.0 hour after dropwise adding is finished; and adjusting the pH value to 6-7 to obtain the viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The number-average molecular weight of the viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid water reducer prepared by the method is distributed between 10000 and 20000, and the viscosity reduction type polycarboxylic acid water reducer has good adaptability and viscosity reduction effect, and especially has good use effect in concrete prepared from machine-made sand.
本发明公开了一种降粘型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:将酯型聚醚单体、醚型单体、水混合,并搅拌至完全溶解,向其中加入丙烯酸,搅拌混合均匀后加入氧化剂,然后滴加由丙烯酸和酯型聚醚单体以及水混合得到的第一混合溶液、由链转移剂和水混合得到的第二混合溶液、由还原剂和水混合得到的第三混合溶液、由液碱和水混合得到的第四混合溶液,滴加完毕继续反应0.5~1.0小时;调整pH值至6~7,即可得到所述降粘型聚羧酸减水剂;采用该方法制备的降粘型聚羧酸减水剂的数均分子量分布在10000‑20000之间,具有良好的适应性和降粘效果,尤其是在机制砂配置的混凝土中具有良好的使用效果。
