Whole-series steel slag combined asphalt pavement structure
The invention belongs to the technical field of pavement paving, and particularly relates to a complete steel slag combined asphalt pavement structure. The whole-system steel slag combined type asphalt pavement structure is located on a roadbed and sequentially comprises a roadbed improvement layer, a combined type base layer and an asphalt surface layer from bottom to top, and the roadbed improvement layer is a whole-steel slag aggregate improvement layer; the combined base layer sequentially comprises a semi-rigid base layer containing fine steel slag aggregate and a flexible base layer containing large-particle-size steel slag aggregate from bottom to top; and the asphalt surface layer sequentially comprises an asphalt mixture lower surface layer with medium-high steel slag doping amount and an anti-skid wear surface layer with high steel slag doping amount from bottom to top. The pavement structure is completely different from a traditional asphalt pavement, through differential application of the steel slag content and specification of different structural layers, coarse and fine steel slag aggregates are completely applied, the utilization rate of the steel slag is only increased, application of road building materials such as gravel aggregates is saved, and the economic and social benefits are huge; and the obtained asphalt pavement has relatively long service life.
本发明属于路面铺装的技术领域,具体的涉及一种全系钢渣组合式沥青路面结构。该全系钢渣组合式沥青路面结构,位于路基上,自下而上依次为路基改善层、组合式基层和沥青面层,其路基改善层为全钢渣粒料改善层;组合式基层自下而上依次为含细钢渣集料的半刚性基层和含大粒径钢渣集料的柔性基层;沥青面层自下而上依次为中高钢渣掺量的沥青混合料下面层和高钢渣掺量的抗滑磨耗表面层。本发明的路面结构与传统沥青路面完全不同,通过不同结构层钢渣含量及规格的差异化应用,使得钢渣粗细集料得到全系应用,仅提高了钢渣使用率,节省了砂石集料等筑路材料的应用,经济社会效益巨大;而且所得沥青路面具有较长的使用寿命。
