A pile cap protrusion is arranged at the bottom of the pile cap body. A grouting pipeline is arranged in the pile cap body, and the grouting pipeline penetrates through the pile cap body; a slurry circulating groove is formed in the bottom surface of the pile cap body; and the slurry circulating groove is communicated with the grouting pipeline. The invention further provides a pile body structure comprising the prefabricated pile cap and used for the composite foundation and a construction method of the pile body structure. The prefabricated pile cap and a pile body form a concave-convex connection form, the eccentricity of the pile cap is small, the connection reliability of the pile cap and a pile head is good, and the pile cap can be tightly attached to rock soil around the pile. The construction method is simple and high in efficiency, avoids the tedious process of leveling the pile head, and has the advantages of small damage to the pile body, convenience in hoisting, low economic time cost and the like.
