The system comprises a bucket, a movable arm and a tipping bucket cylinder connected with the bucket, the tipping bucket cylinder is connected with a variable pump through a main valve, the main valve is connected with a pilot control device, the main valve is connected with an oil tank through a second overflow valve and a third overflow valve, and the variable pump is connected with a pump displacement control device. The variable pump is also connected with a valve group control system of the movable arm; the system further comprises a controller, the input end of the controller is connected with a handle, a movable arm angle sensor and a bucket angle sensor, and the output end of the controller is connected with a pilot control device and a pump displacement control device. According to the material scattering prevention control system and method for lifting of the loading machine, in the lifting process, the bucket side cutting board is gradually parallel to the angle of the ground, namely, the bucket side cutting board is located at the horizontal position in the half period of time after lifting, the angle difference is eliminated, and therefore the problem that many materials are scattered is solved; and in the lifting process, materials are not scattered, more materials can be loaded and unloaded, and the production rate of single cycle operation is improved.
