The invention discloses a fabricated concrete beam-column joint and a construction method thereof. The fabricated concrete beam-column joint comprises a prefabricated column upper column, a prefabricated column lower column, a concrete beam and I-shaped steel, wherein the prefabricated column upper column comprises a first reinforced concrete column and a first hoop plate arranged at the lower end of the first reinforced concrete column; the prefabricated column lower column comprises a second reinforced concrete column and a second hoop plate arranged at the upper end of the second reinforced concrete column, and the second hoop plate is connected with the first hoop plate; longitudinal bars of the concrete beam are arranged in the concrete beam; the I-shaped steel is connected with the outer side faces of the second hoop plate and the first hoop plate, and the section steel flange of the I-shaped steel is connected with the longitudinal bars of the concrete beam; and one end of the concrete beam is aligned with the end, close to the second hoop plate and the first hoop plate, of the I-shaped steel. According to the fabricated concrete beam-column joint, the construction difficulty is lowered.
