The invention discloses a heat preservation and sound insulation board based on ardealite and domestic sludge and a preparation method thereof.The heat preservation and sound insulation board comprises an inner core layer, a filling cavity is formed in the inner core layer in the length direction of the inner core layer in a penetrating mode, and first silencing groove bodies are evenly formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner core layer; the filling cavity is filled with the heat preservation and sound insulation filler; and the outer layer wraps the outer side wall of the inner core layer, and second silencing groove bodies are formed in the positions, corresponding to the first silencing groove bodies, of the upper surface and the lower surface of the outer layer. According to the heat-preservation and sound-insulation board prepared by the invention, the ardealite and the domestic sludge are contained in the preparation raw materials of the outer layer and the inner core layer, and water in the domestic sludge can be absorbed through matching of the straw powder and the wood flour, so that the interior of the prepared heat-preservation and sound-insulation board is tighter; meanwhile, the mica powder and the straw powder are matched, so that the binding force between the layers of the heat-preservation and sound-insulation board is improved, the heat-preservation and sound-insulation board has high impact toughness, and the heat-preservation performance of the heat-preservation and sound-insulation board is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于磷石膏和生活污泥的保温隔音板材及其制备方法,包括:内芯层,所述内芯层内延其长度方向贯穿开设有填充腔,所述内芯层的上下表面均匀开设有消音槽体一;保温隔音填充物,填充于填充腔内;以及,外层,包裹于内芯层外侧壁,所述外层的上下表面对应消音槽体一的位置均设有消音槽体二。本发明制备的保温隔音板材,外层和内芯层的制备原料中均有磷石膏和生活污泥,通过秸秆粉末以及木粉配合可吸收生活污泥中的水分,使得制备的保温隔音板内部更加紧密,同时配合云母粉和秸秆粉末配合不仅提高保温隔音板各层之间的结合力,使得保温隔音板具有较高的冲击韧性性能,另一方面提高保温隔音板的保温性能。
