The invention discloses a flat-out type vehicle door handle assembly which comprises a handle base, a handle body supported in the handle base and a driving mechanism used for driving the handle body to move from a hidden position flush with the handle base to an opening position extending out of the handle base, and in the hidden position, the driving mechanism comprises a first rotating arm and a second rotating arm, the driving wheel is provided with an opening track and a resetting track which are deviated from each other by taking the hidden position as an initial point, and in the resetting track, the shaft D2 is relatively close to or far away from the shaft D1 along with the rotation of the driving wheel and moves to a dead point opposite to the driving rod so as to apply an acting force of the transmission rod and the handle body towards the hidden position.
