The synchronous type rectangular deep hole drilling machine comprises a drill carriage with a cable rope and a drilling machine body hoisted at the lower end of the cable rope, and the drilling machine body comprises a rock slag treatment mechanism, a sliding horizontal drilling assembly and a vertical drilling device which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the sliding horizontal drilling assembly and the vertical drilling device are fixed through an electromagnetic device. The rock slag treatment mechanism comprises a stirring device, a crushing device, a slag suction system, a slag discharge system and a grouting system; the sliding horizontal drill assembly comprises a horizontal drill device, a horizontal hydraulic cylinder and a horizontal drill counter-force frame. The device has the advantages that through the cable, the electromagnetic device and the telescopic horizontal cylindrical drill with the reamer and the hob, the rectangular pile hole with the haunched horizontal cantilever structure is drilled in the deep rock mass; the purpose of improving the construction efficiency can be achieved by synchronously drilling and digging the horizontal cantilever and the built-in section pile hole.
