Asynchronous type rectangular shallow hole drilling machine provided with haunched horizontal cantilever and suitable for rock stratum
The asynchronous type rectangular shallow hole drilling machine comprises a drill carriage with a vertical drill rod, and a rock slag treatment mechanism, a haunching drill assembly, a horizontal drill assembly and a vertical drill device are sequentially arranged at the lower end of the vertical drill rod; the haunching drill assembly comprises a haunching drill device, a rotating hydraulic cylinder, a crank hydraulic cylinder and a haunching drill counter-force frame. The haunching drill device is driven by the rotating hydraulic cylinder and the crank hydraulic cylinder to rotate outwards for rotary digging so as to form a haunching part of a horizontal cantilever. The horizontal drilling assembly comprises a horizontal drilling device and a horizontal hydraulic cylinder for driving the horizontal drilling device to laterally move; the vertical drilling device comprises a plurality of cylindrical drilling assemblies forming a rectangular excavation face. The method has the advantages that rectangular pile holes of a horizontal cantilever and a haunched structure are drilled in a shallow rock mass through the drill rod, the telescopic horizontal cylindrical drill with reamers and hobs arranged at intervals and the rotatable haunched cylindrical drill; rock is subjected to secondary crushing through the crushing box and can be better discharged out of the pile hole, and the slag discharging pipe is prevented from being blocked.
本发明公开了一种适应岩质地层的异步式带加腋水平悬臂的矩形浅孔钻机,包括一具有竖向钻杆的钻车,竖向钻杆下端依次设置岩渣处理机构、加腋钻组件、水平钻组件和竖向钻装置;加腋钻组件包括加腋钻装置、转动液压缸、曲柄液压缸以及加腋钻反力架,加腋钻装置在转动液压缸和曲柄液压缸的驱动下向外转动旋挖以形成水平悬臂的加腋部分;水平钻组件包括水平钻装置及驱动其作侧向移动的水平液压缸;竖向钻装置包括若干组成矩形开挖面的圆柱钻组件。本发明的优点是:通过钻杆和带间隔布设绞刀和滚刀的可伸缩水平圆柱钻和可旋转加腋圆柱钻,实现浅层岩体内钻挖水平悬臂和加腋结构的矩形桩孔;岩石经破碎箱二次破碎,能更好地排出桩孔,防止排渣管堵塞。
