The synchronous type rectangular shallow hole drilling machine comprises a drill carriage with a vertical drill rod, and a pipeline fixing frame, a rock slag treatment mechanism, a sliding horizontal drilling assembly and a vertical drilling device are sequentially arranged at the lower end of the vertical drill rod; the rock slag treatment mechanism comprises a stirring device, a crushing device, a slag suction system, a slag discharge system and a grouting system; the grouting system is communicated with the interior of the sliding horizontal drilling assembly and the interior of the vertical drilling device; the sliding horizontal drill assembly comprises a horizontal drill device, a horizontal hydraulic cylinder and a horizontal drill counter-force frame. The sliding horizontal drilling assembly and the vertical drilling device are fixed through an electromagnetic device. The method has the advantages that through the drill rod, the electromagnetic device and the telescopic horizontal cylindrical drill with the reamer and the hob, the rectangular pile hole with the haunched horizontal cantilever structure is drilled in the shallow rock mass; the haunching, the horizontal cantilever and the vertical pile body can form holes at a time, other mechanical assistance is not needed, and the purposes of improving the construction efficiency and saving the construction and equipment cost are achieved.
本发明公开了一种适应岩质地层的同步式带加腋水平悬臂的矩形浅孔钻机,包括一具有竖向钻杆的钻车,竖向钻杆的下端依次设置有管道固定架、岩渣处理机构、滑动水平钻组件及竖向钻装置;岩渣处理机构包括搅拌装置、破碎装置、吸渣系统、排渣系统及注浆系统;注浆系统接通至滑动水平钻组件内及竖向钻装置内;滑动水平钻组件包括水平钻装置、水平液压缸及水平钻反力架;滑动水平钻组件与竖向钻装置之间通过电磁装置进行固定。本发明的优点是:通过钻杆、电磁装置和带绞刀和滚刀的可伸缩水平圆柱钻,实现浅层岩体内钻挖带加腋水平悬臂结构的矩形桩孔;加腋、水平悬臂和竖向桩身均可一次成孔,无需其他机械辅助,达到提高施工效率、节省施工和设备成本目的。
