The invention belongs to the technical field of polycarboxylate superplasticizers, and provides a low surface tension polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof, the low surface tension polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from the following raw materials by mass: 400-800 parts of a macromonomer, 800-1100 parts of water, 80-100 parts of unsaturated acid, 3-5 parts of a chain transfer agent, 4-6 parts of a reducing agent, 5-9 parts of an oxidizing agent, 5-85 parts of a terminated fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether functional monomer, and 10-15 parts of a neutralizer. The characteristic that fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is adjustable in structure is utilized, the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance property is changed by changing the EO addition number and the alkyl chain length, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is introduced into the structure of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the surface tension of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer solution can be reduced through the structure-activity relationship, the drying shrinkage of cement is reduced, and the water-retaining property of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is improved. The practical significance is realized on improving the durability of the concrete.
本发明属于聚羧酸减水剂技术领域,提供了一种低表面张力聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,由包含如下质量份数的原料制备得到:大单体400~800份、水800~1100份、不饱和酸80~100份、链转移剂3~5份、还原剂4~6份、氧化剂5~9份、封端脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚功能单体5~85份、中和剂10~15份。本发明利用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚结构可调的特点,通过改变EO加成数和烷基链长度从而改变亲水亲油平衡属性,引入到聚羧酸减水剂结构中,通过构效关系,可以降低聚羧酸减水剂溶液的表面张力,减少水泥的干燥收缩,对提高混凝土的耐久性有现实意义。
