Water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The water reducing agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: main materials: 30-35 parts of water, 33-38 parts of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5-0.7 part of acrylic acid and 0.25-0.3 part of hydrogen peroxide; the material A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-8 parts of water and 0.15-0.3 part of rongalite; a material B: 3-5 parts of water, 2-3 parts of acrylic acid and 0.1-0.2 part of thiopropionic acid; a neutralizing material: 1-1.5 parts of sodium hydroxide and 2-4 parts of water; and 10 to 14 parts of supplemented water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the main material, the material A and the material B respectively, then dropwise adding the material A and the material B into the heated main material, keeping the temperature for a certain time, then adding the uniformly mixed neutralized material, and then adding water to obtain the water reducing agent. The water reducing agent produced by the invention has the advantages of high water reducing rate and good slump retaining effect.
本发明公开了一种减水剂及其制备方法,减水剂包含如下质量份数的组分:主料:水30‑35份、异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚33‑38份、丙烯酸0.5‑0.7份和双氧水0.25‑0.3份;A料:水6‑8份和雕白粉0.15‑0.3份;B料:水3‑5份、丙烯酸2‑3份和硫基丙酸0.1‑0.2份;中和料:氢氧化钠1‑1.5份和水2‑4份;补加水:10‑14份。将前述的主料、A料、B料分别混合均匀,然后将A料和B料滴加至加热后的主料中,保温一定时间然后加入混匀后的中和料,再加入补加水即得减水剂。通过本发明生产的减水剂具有减水率高,保坍效果好的优势。
