Lignin-based additive agent for adhesive mortar, preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a lignin-based additive agent for adhesive mortar, a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) employing 100 parts of papermaking black liquid and regulating the pH of the papermaking black liquid to 9-11; 2) heating the papermaking black liquid to 55-65 DEG C with stirring, adding 0.5-2 parts of a catalyst ferrous sulfate and 2-5 parts of a lignin water reducer, cooling the mixture, adding 2-4 parts of a defoamer, 6-10 parts of a thickening agent and 15-25 parts of a retarder, and stirring the mixture uniformly to obtain the lignin-based additive agent for the adhesive mortar. During construction, 1-3 parts of the lignin-based additive agent is stirred and mixed with 35-50 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 40-45 parts of II-grade fly ash and 385-400 parts of common river sand. A mixture is high in initial stage volume weight, is low in consistency loss, is high in water retention rate, is long in setting time, has high later-period fracture resistance and compressive strength, is high in tensile adhesive strength and can be used as the adhesive mortar in external wall heat preservation engineering.
