Method for erecting safety tool piece for folding steel box girders
The invention discloses a method for erecting a safety tool part for folding a steel box girder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) welding and assembling two sets of scaffold bodies with L-shaped sections; (2) channel steel is arranged on the inner side, close to the end, of the vertical edge of the scaffold body; (3) connecting plates are arranged at the left and right ends of the surface, away from the scaffold body, of the channel steel at left and right intervals; (4) one steel channel is placed on the edge of one side of the steel box girder, and then the scaffold body is hung at the position, relative to the folding position, of the outer side of the steel box girder; (5) the other channel steel is placed on the edge of the other side of the steel box girder, and it is ensured that the two scaffold bodies are symmetrically arranged; (6) a connecting beam is arranged on the upper surface of the steel box beam relative to the position between the two pieces of channel steel, and the connecting beam is in threaded connection with the corresponding connecting plate; and (7) a working platform is arranged between the horizontal edges of the two scaffold bodies, and then the safety tool piece is assembled. The safety tool piece only needs to be erected at the folding position of the steel box girder in a suspended mode, and the construction period is shortened.
