The modular construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of sections of reinforced concrete pipe gallery column and pipe gallery beam integrated structures are prefabricated; s2, a foundation pit construction bearing platform is excavated, and a plurality of cup openings arranged at intervals are formed in the bearing platform; s3, the pipe gallery column and pipe gallery beam integrated structure is integrally hoisted, and the bottom of the pipe gallery column and pipe gallery beam integrated structure enters a cup opening to be fixed in place; s4, the step S3 is repeated to complete installation of the next pipe gallery column and pipe gallery beam integrated structure; and S5, concrete is poured at an abutted seam between the adjacent pipe gallery column and pipe gallery beam integrated structure. On the basis that the construction efficiency and the construction quality are guaranteed, the construction cost is further reduced, the construction period is shortened, the construction progress is guaranteed, and the problems of construction waste, construction site moisture, flying dust pollution and the like in engineering construction can be effectively controlled.
