Floor heating construction method
The invention discloses a floor heating construction method, and relates to the technical field of building construction. Comprising the following steps of ground cleaning, heat preservation plate laying, reflecting film laying, heating pipe laying, hot water pressurization testing, filling layer construction and water pressure testing. The step of hot water pressurization testing is added before construction of the filling layer, internal stress generated after the heating pipe is bent, laid and fixed is eliminated, and the filling layer is prevented from being affected; meanwhile, hot water can enable the heating pipe to expand and expose defects such as air holes and bubbles of the heating pipe, so that the hydrostatic test is more accurate, and maintenance and replacement are convenient.
本发明公开了一种地暖施工方法,涉及建筑施工技术领域。包括以下步骤:地面清理、保温板铺设、反射膜铺设、加热管铺设、热水加压试验、填充层施工、水压试验。本发明通过在填充层施工之前增加热水加压试验步骤,消除加热管弯折铺设固定后的内部应力,避免影响填充层;同时,热水能够使加热管膨胀,暴露加热管的气孔气泡等缺陷,使水压试验更加精准,方便维修更换。
