Construction method for erecting-free cantilever scaffold of core tube structure
The invention relates to a construction method for building-free cantilever scaffolds of a core tube structure. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, all the joints of steel beams and concrete structures at the positions where layers need to be replaced are installed; step 2, finishing the installation of the uppermost steel beam and the adjacent floor support plate; 3, floor type scaffold descending; fourthly, floor bearing plate installation of the floors needing to be converted is completed, and the concrete pouring condition of the uppermost floor bearing plate is met; fifthly, after the concrete reaches certain strength, the floor type scaffold is erected again; and sixthly, a layer of jacking frame is erected on the lower portion of the floor needing to be converted, the lower landing frame continues to descend, and concrete pouring is conducted till all the floors are dismantled. A climbing frame or an overhanging scaffold does not need to be erected on the core tube part, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种核心筒结构免搭设悬挑脚手架的施工方法,步骤一:完成需要换层位置钢梁与混凝土结构连接处的全部安装;步骤二:完成最上层钢梁及临近楼承板安装;步骤三:落地式脚手架降层;步骤四:完成需转换楼层的楼承板安装,达到最上层楼承板浇筑混凝土条件;步骤五:混凝土达到一定强度后开始重新搭设落地式脚手架;步骤六:在需转换楼层下部搭设一层回顶架,下部落地架继续降层,混凝土浇筑,直至全部拆除。本发明免除核心筒部分搭设爬架或悬挑脚手架,减少了施工成本。
