A stirring and spraying drill bit for jet grouting pile construction comprises a drill body, a first pressure execution assembly, a second pressure execution assembly and stirring blades, the first pressure execution assembly is provided with a first piston rod, a first elastic body and a radial nozzle, and the second pressure execution assembly is provided with a second piston rod and a second elastic body. The stirring blade is hinged between the drill body and the second piston rod. The stirring and spraying drill bit drills holes in the descending process and performs rotary spraying, reaming and stirring in the ascending process, the drill rod is only disassembled and assembled once in the whole process, occupation of a drilling machine is reduced exponentially, and the construction period is shortened exponentially. According to the stirring and spraying drill bit, by means of the pressure of injected cement grout, only the axial nozzles are opened in the descending period, the axial nozzles are closed, the radial nozzles are opened, the stirring blades are opened in the ascending and descending period to stir the cement grout and soil, and the pressure of the injected cement grout and the whole action process meet the requirement of the jet grouting pile construction technology; physical stirring is achieved, the pile body quality is obviously improved, and the cement consumption is reduced.
