The invention provides a high-crystallinity porous rare earth nickelate film and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, dissolving a rare earth salt and a nickel salt in an organic solvent, and then heating and uniformly stirring at 70-85 DEG C to obtain a precursor solution; s2, heating a substrate to 35-45 DEG C, and spin-coating the precursor solution on the preheated substrate for multiple times to obtain a film sample; and S3, annealing the film sample in an air environment to obtain the high-crystallinity porous rare earth nickelate film. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the high-crystallinity porous rare earth nickelate thin film is prepared by utilizing a heat-assisted spin-coating technology, and the prepared thin film has good crystallinity, so that the problems of low solution utilization rate and harsh preparation conditions in the spin-coating process of a traditional spin-coating process are solved.
本发明提供一种高结晶性多孔稀土镍酸盐薄膜及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将稀土盐与镍盐溶于有机溶剂中,然后在70~85℃下加热搅拌均匀,得到前驱体溶液;S2、将基底加热至35~45℃,并将前驱体溶液多次旋涂于预加热的基底上,得到薄膜样品;S3、将薄膜样品在空气环境下退火处理,得到高结晶性多孔稀土镍酸盐薄膜。本发明的方法利用热辅助旋涂技术制备高结晶性多孔稀土镍酸盐薄膜,且制备的薄膜具有很好的结晶性,解决了传统旋涂工艺在旋涂过程中溶液利用率不高以及制备条件苛刻的问题。
